Since 2000, Amazing Grace Nursing Care Service has been committed to delivering compassionate, affordable, and high-quality in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities who require short-term or long-term assistance. With over two decades of experience, we take pride in helping our clients maintain comfort, independence, and dignity in the familiarity of their own homes.
We are fully licensed by the State of New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC) to provide professional homemaker home health aide and personal care assistant (PCA) services.
In addition, Amazing Grace Nursing Care Service is a certified participant in the New Jersey Medicaid and Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), ensuring comprehensive, trustworthy, and regulated care for every individual we serve.

Q: How much does our home health care cost?
It’s no gimmick that we help home health recipients cut cost of their health care. We do it by offering: No set-up charge, No daily case monitoring charge, No shift rate differentials except night shift, weekend, holidays and urgent request. Some service rates are negotiable. You can lock in your rate for 3 years, sign a contract which either party can terminate after serving a 3-day written or verbal phone notice. A 2-week refundable advance payment deposit is required.
